Important Disclosure: Ratellow is a simulation and informational platform. We are not a mortgage lender, bank, or licensed mortgage brokerage. All calculations, estimates, and advisor insights are for educational and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any inputs you provide. You may not use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity, nor may you attempt to interfere with the security or performance of our systems.

4. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for high precision, interest rates and mortgage regulations are subject to rapid change. Ratellow does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any specific rate or financial outcome displayed on the platform. All final mortgage figures should be verified with a qualified financial professional.

5. Analytical & Marketing Tools

Ratellow uses intellectual property and internal tools integrated with APIs, such as the Google Ads API, to optimize our reach and analyze market trends. You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or otherwise attempt to access internal workflows or API connectivity that drive our analytics. All usage of Google API Services complies with Google API Services Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including logo designs, proprietary calculation logic, UI/UX components, and the "Ratellow" brand, is the exclusive property of Ratellow and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratellow shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from your use of or reliance on the Platform's data or simulations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
